Puya Chiles (Capsicum annuum) are slender Mexican peppers, about 3–4″ long and less than 1″ wide, tapering to a point. Known as chile puya, chile pulla, or simply puya peppers, they deliver medium heat with a bright, fruity flavor and a lively pop of spice.
Great for adding depth and heat to salsas, sauces, soups, and marinades.
